STRIVE’s Self-Assessment for School Progress
Complete Self-Assessment in Partnership with STRIVE: Engage in a comprehensive self-assessment process alongside STRIVE, ensuring a collaborative and thorough review of the school’s existing practices and systems.
Determine Goals and Steps for Success: Based on the self-assessment findings, work with STRIVE to set realistic and achievable goals. Develop a structured plan outlining the steps necessary to attain these objectives and craft a unique success story for the school and/or district.
Implement with STRIVE’s Support: Begin the implementation of the planned steps with the continuous support and guidance of STRIVE.
Monitor Progress Towards Achieving Goals: Regularly track and evaluate the progress being made towards the set goals. This monitoring is essential to ensure that the school and STRIVE is on the right path and to make adjustments as needed.
Celebrate Progress: Recognize and celebrate the milestones and progress made.
Dig Deeper for Improvement: Use achievements and successes as motivation to delve deeper into areas that require further improvement, fostering a culture of continuous development, improvement, celebration, and excellence.
